God doesn't only communicate with images during the night, but He can also communicate verbally.  Have you ever had that happen?  Over the years, I have had a few experiences of hearing a voice declaring something or telling me something while I'm fast asleep.  The voice I hear isn't an audible voice to my ears but I have come to understand that I hear it in my spirit.  Sometimes the words I hear are in a dream but the dream is like the backdrop to the words.  At other times, I just simply hear a voice declaring something.  And when this happens, it's not part of a conversation that's going on; it's just simply a kind of declaration.
